The website Mumineen Flats (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”) is a digital listing service that allows property owners, brokers, and builders (“Sellers”) to post flats and houses where Dawoodi Bohra families or individuals are welcome to rent or purchase.
The Platform merely facilitates the exchange of information between Sellers and potential tenants or buyers (“Users”) and does not own, manage, verify, or endorse any of the listings or Sellers.
Role of the Platform
- The Platform acts solely as a neutral intermediary providing an online space for property listings.
- All property details, prices, photos, and other information are submitted directly by Sellers via linked Google Forms or data sources.
- The Platform does not verify ownership, accuracy, legality, authenticity, or availability of any listed property.
- The Platform does not guarantee that any property meets the User’s expectations, nor does it confirm that Sellers genuinely welcome Dawoodi Bohra residents.
Accuracy and Verification
While efforts are made to display information accurately, the Platform cannot and does not guarantee that all data shared by Sellers is current, correct, or complete. Users are strongly advised to independently verify all property details, ownership documents, and terms before entering into any rental or purchase agreement.
No Responsibility for Transactions
- The Platform is not a party to any transaction, negotiation, agreement, or contract between Sellers and Users.
- The Platform shall not be responsible for any monetary or non-monetary losses, including fraud, misrepresentation, dispute, damages, or inconvenience arising from any listing or transaction.
- All dealings are conducted entirely at the User’s and Seller’s own risk.
Liability Disclaimer
- The Platform, its creator, or any associated parties shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform.
- No legal claim, loss, or damage, whether in contract or tort, may be brought against the Platform or its operator.
- The Platform makes no warranties — express or implied — about accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Data and Content
Sellers and Users are solely responsible for the data they submit. The Platform reserves the right to remove, modify, or restrict access to any content that is misleading, false, offensive, or violates applicable laws, without prior notice.
Payments and Refunds
Payments made through Razorpay or any other integrated payment gateway are handled by the respective payment processors. The Platform does not store or process payment details and is not responsible for payment disputes, chargebacks, or transaction failures. No refunds shall be provided for used or partially used services.
Legal Jurisdiction
This Platform operates as an informational service. Any disputes arising from usage of the Platform shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this Platform, all Users and Sellers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer and all related policies. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.
